Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie shell, unbaked
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Melt butter.
Mix butter and sugar together.
Add to eggs.
Mix lemon juice and vanilla into egg mixture.
Pour mixture into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Let pie cool.
