Cabbage Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small cabbage head
3 c. tomato juice
1 lb. ground beef
3 small green peppers
1 large onion
1/2 c. rice
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Brown ground beef in skillet,
add onions,
peppers, and rice.
Cook until peppers and onions are tender.
Cut cabbage in small strips and put in dish.
Pour ground beef mixture over top of cabbage.
Pour tomato juice over all.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Add more juice if needed.
