Elegant Lemon Cake Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. sifted cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 to 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Creamy Lemon Filling
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 tsp. water
1 or 2 drops yellow food coloring
sprigs of fresh mint
Preparation
-
Grease bottom
and sides of a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan with vegetable oil.
Line with wax paper and grease and flour wax paper.
Set aside.
