Helen'S Chocolate Logs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box powdered sugar
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 c. melted butter
    1/2 block paraffin
    1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix sugar, coconut, pecans and cracker crumbs into peanut butter.
    Pour melted butter over the mixture and blend well. Shape dough into 2 x 1/2-inch logs.
    Melt paraffin and chocolate chips together over boiling water.
    Work quickly; dip logs into chocolate mixture and place on waxed paper to dry (use a fork for the dipping).
    Be sure to leave chocolate mixture over hot water while dipping.
    Makes about 4 dozen.
