Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. chives
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Wash and pierce potatoes with fork.
    Arrange potatoes in microwave. Cook on Full power for 10 minutes.
    Turn potatoes. Bake several more minutes until potatoes are done.
    When done, slice off the top of the potato and scoop out the inside.
    In mixing bowl, add all ingredients except paprika; beat until smooth.
    Spoon back into potato shells.
    Garnish with paprika. Heat in microwave for 3 minutes or put in oven to brown.
    Potatoes can be topped with shredded cheese, if desired.
