Hawaiian Farmer Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices white bread
1 1/3 c. (6 oz.) cooked, diced chicken
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) cooked, diced ham
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/3 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
1 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp. thinly sliced green onion tops
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Spread bread with softened butter.
Mix together remaining ingredients.
Divide equally on unbuttered side of 6 slices of bread; top with 6 slices (1 each) Mozzarella cheese.
Top with other slices of bread, butter side out.
Grill on both sides until cheese starts to melt and bread is golden.
