Juanita'S Five Hour Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. cubed, lean stew beef
1 large onion, sliced
3 potatoes, diced
2 celery ribs, diced
4 carrots, diced
green pepper (optional)
salt and pepper
3 Tbsp. dry tapioca
12 oz. can V-8 juice
Preparation

In a large kettle, combine all ingredients.
Stir and cover with tight lid.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
(Do not open lid or check.)
Remove and stir before serving over rice, noodles or bread.
