Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 - 1 lb. 4 oz cans pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp all - purpose flour
    2 c. grated cheddar cheese
    crumbled Ritz crackers
    1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix together pineapple sugar, flour, and cheese in a greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish.
    Cover the top of mixture with cracker crumbs.
    Drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
