Sausage Pineapple Tidbits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. English muffins, split
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. maple-brown sugar sausage
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place muffin halves on greased baking sheet. Slowly fry sausage, breaking into small bits. Drain well. Add seasonings and pineapple. Spread muffins with tomato paste. Add a layer of sausage mixture. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, then Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0
    for 15 minutes. Cut into quarters.
