Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. dry bread or cracker crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Combine 1/4 of the soup with remaining ingredients, except water.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Shape into 6 patties.
    Place in shallow baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Spoon off fat.
    Combine remaining soup and water.
    Spoon over patties. Bake 10 minutes.
