Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. onion
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 lb. white crabmeat
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter until wilted.
    Add cream of mushroom soup and stir.
    Add egg yolks, salt and pepper.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Put crabmeat in a bowl suitable for mixing and pour the cooked sauce over the crabmeat.
    Blend well and transfer into lightly greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until light brown. Serves 6.
