Strawberry-Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. strawberry jello
    1 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
    3 medium bananas, mashed
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine jello with boiling water.
    Add all other ingredients except sour cream.
    Put 1/2 mixture into 12 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Set until firm.
    Spread with sour cream.
    Put remaining mixture on top.
    Refrigerate until set or next day. Serve on lettuce leaf or as a dessert.
