Mango Lime Mousse With Raspberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe mangoes
    1 envelope gelatin
    1/4 c. lime juice
    1/2 c. whipping cream (heavy)
    1 pkg. frozen raspberries
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Chambord
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin over lime juice in a small saucepan and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
    Peel mangoes and cut fruit off seed.
    In a bowl, mash mangoes together with cream until smooth.
    Over low heat, melt gelatin in lime juice.
    Add to mango mixture.
    Stir and place in bowl in refrigerator.
    (You can freeze.)
    On day you are going to serve, place thawed package of raspberries in blender with 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of Chambord.
    Blend, then put mixture through sieve to eliminate seed.
    Pour over mousse when ready to serve.
