Orange Maple Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
6 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 tsp olive oil
3 Tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp grated orange zest

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0F.
Place sweet potatoes and garlic in medium saucepan.
Add 1/4 tsp salt and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook until tender.
