Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. cooked pumpkin
2 c. Milnot
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. nut meats (optional)
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, salt and spices together and stir into pumpkin.
Add Milnot and eggs.
(Add nuts at this point, if being used.)
Pour into pie shell and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for another 25 to 30 minutes or until filling is firm.
