Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage (hot or mild)
1 large can Italian tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can Italian tomato paste
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
oregano
basil leaves, crushed
salt and pepper
Preparation

In large heavy pot, brown the sausages.
Brown very well on all sides.
Peel garlic.
Peel and cut up onion.
Brown garlic and onion in fat from meat.
Put paste in pot.
