Triple Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (any combination: wild, white, brown, etc.)
    1 (14 to 16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 to 1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped ripe olives
    1 medium onion, diced and sauteed in olive oil
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in order given.
    Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, covered.
    Stir occasionally.
