Sausage Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. regular flavor Jimmy Dean Sausage (pork)
    2 bags (16-oz) cole slaw mix
    3 Tbsp. fresh ginger
    3 Tbsp. fresh garlic
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. (18-20) egg roll wrappers
Preparation
    Brown Sausage over medium heat, stirring frequently.
    Remove from heat; add 2 bags of cole slaw mix, ginger, garlic, pepper, salt; mix well.
    Transfer to colander to drain.
    Cool 15 minutes. Assemble egg roll wrapper as directed on package, using 1/3 cup sausage mixture for each roll.
    Deep fry in 3 inches of cooking oil for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
