Zupa Grzybowa(Mushroom Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. soup bones with meat
    celery, carrots and onions (to make stock)
    3/4 lb. dried mushrooms
    1 1/2 qt. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms, slice and cover them with cold water for 2 hours.
    Rinse bones and meat with cold water. Add the 1 1/2 quarts water to meat and vegetables.
    Cook until both are tender. Strain meat and vegetables. Add stock to mushrooms. Simmer until mushrooms are tender.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Garnish with parsley. Serve with dumplings.
