Tarragon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 shallots or green onions, minced
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into quarters
    3/4 c. dry white wine
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 tsp. tarragon
Preparation
    In skillet, over medium heat, melt margarine.
    Add shallots. Saute for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add mushrooms.
    Saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Remove vegetables; keep warm.
