Roast Beef Hero Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) loaf French bread
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
1/4 c. chopped purple onion
1 lb. sliced roast beef
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced Swiss cheese

Preparation

Heat bread according to package directions.
Slice horizontally in half.
Combine mayo, mustard, olives and onion. Spread on bread.
Layer the beef and cheese on bottom half of bread.
Cover with bread top.
Cut into 4 pieces.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
