Vegetable Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, stir first five ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients.
    Toss to coat well.
    Cover and chill. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
