Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can salmon
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 egg, beaten and divided
    1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
    cracker crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    oil (to fry)
Preparation
    Mix salmon, salt, black pepper and onion.
    Add 1/2 the egg and flour.
    Mix.
    If too soft to handle, add more flour.
    With hands, form balls.
    Roll in beaten egg then cracker crumbs.
    Add oil to cover bottom of skillet.
    Heat and fry croquettes, turning 3 or 4 times to brown on all sides.
