Wilted Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. evaporated skim milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
5 to 6 c. leaf lettuce
1 green onion, chopped
4 slices turkey bacon
6 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix together evaporated milk, mustard and black pepper.
Pour over lettuce and onion.
Toss and chill. In skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, brown and cook bacon.
Cool and crumble. Add vinegar and sugar to skillet and bring almost to boil. Pour over lettuce.
Top with crumbled bacon and serve warm.
Makes 4 servings.
