Basic Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed cooked potatoes
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickles
    1 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. mayo
    1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; mix lightly. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
