Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    3 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 (8 oz.) frozen cheese tortellini
    1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained and coarsely chopped
    grated Parmesan or Locatelli cheese
Preparation
    In large saucepan over medium-high heat, cook garlic in margarine for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add broth and tortellini.
    Heat to boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Add spinach and tomatoes.
    Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serve topped with cheese.
