Orange Candied Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. pecan halves
1 c. sugar
1 grated orange rind
3 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. water
pinch of salt

Preparation

Mix sugar with orange juice and water in saucepan.
Cook over low heat to hard ball stage.
Stir in pecans and orange rind to coat.
Spread on wax paper to cool.
Store in an airtight container.
