Pudding Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
    9 oz. container Cool Whip
    2 c. flour
    1 c. nuts
    2 sticks melted butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. powdered sugar
    3 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix
    butter
    with
    flour and nuts.
    Pat in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
