Super Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. stew meat
3 lb. onions, chopped
4 Tbsp. sweet Hungarian paprika
1 to 2 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation

Brown beef in a little oil.
Add cut up onions and paprika. Simmer for at least 2 hours.
Onions and beef will render liquid, but water can be added if necessary.
Just before serving, add sour cream to lighten sauce.
Serve over wide noodles.
