Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. spaghetti
    3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    5 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 tall can evaporated milk
    4 Tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)
    2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan and saute onions.
    Add seasonings and mushroom liquid.
    Blend in chicken soup and stir until smooth and thickened.
    Cook spaghetti (broken in 2-inch pieces) in 1 1/2 quarts salted, boiling water.
    Drain and rinse with hot water. Mix with chicken mixture.
    Add chicken and put in buttered casserole.
    Top with cheese.
    Cook for 30 minutes or until center of casserole is hot.
    Bake at 325\u00b0.
