Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head cabbage, chopped bite-size
2 c. chopped cauliflower
1/2 bunch chopped celery
2 chopped onions
1 chopped green pepper
3 large sliced carrots
1/2 pt. tomatoes or 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/2 envelope onion or vegetable soup mix
parsley
basil
bay leaf
dill
NO salt
Preparation
-
Just cover vegetables with water.
Add spices, but no salt. Put lid on pot and simmer 20 to 25 minutes until vegetables are tender.
