Chocolate Revel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. Quick Quaker oats
    1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    2 c. chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream margarine and brown sugar in large bowl.
    Add eggs and 2 teaspoon vanilla and beat well.
    Sift flour and baking soda.
    Add Quaker oats to flour mixture.
    Stir dry ingredients into creamed mixture.
    Blend and set aside.
