Scallop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. bay or sea scallops
    1 small box (about 48) Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
    1 small container fresh mushrooms
    1 small onion, chopped
    16 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Crush crackers; saute onions and mushrooms in butter.
    Add crumbs, scallops and 2/3 of the cheese.
    Mix together thoroughly. Put into a buttered casserole dish.
    Cover with remaining cheese. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour.
