6 Sweet Italian Sausages
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 cup Diced Onions
3 (35-oz.) cans Italian Plum Tomatoes
1 cup Tomato Paste
1/2 cup Red Wine
1 1/2 cups Diced Onions
1 cup Parsley (fresh)
1 1/2 tsp. Oregano
Pinch of Sugar
Grated Zest of 2 Lemons
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation

1. Add olive oil to skillet.
Add sausage and ground beef. Transfer to casserole.
