Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. corn meal
4 eggs (unbeaten)
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. milk
4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 deep dish pie shell
Preparation

Put sugar, flour and cornmeal in bowl.
Toss lightly with fork.
Add eggs, butter, milk, lemon rind and lemon juice.
Beat until smooth and thoroughly blended.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
