Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
1 egg
4 1/2 Tbsp. molasses
2 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all together and roll into small balls. Dip in sugar. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 10 minutes.
