Fried Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 apples, cored and diced
    2 bananas, sliced
    1 can pineapple (if tidbits or crushed, drain)
    1 c. blueberries
    1/4 c. margarine
    juice of 1 lime
    1 jigger liqueur
    1/4 to 1/2 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Put 1/4 cup margarine in hot skillet; put in apples.
    Cook for 3 minutes.
    Add pineapple; continue cooking on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add bananas, the juice of 1 lime and orange liqueur/Malibu rum, etc.; stir.
    Add blueberries.
    Stir.
    Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add coconut any time.
    Tastes great cold, too.
