Sausage Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices Western bread
1 lb. bacon, sausage or ham, cooked
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can mushroom soup + 1/2 can milk
Preparation

Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Layer bread, cooked meat and cheese.
Mix eggs, milk and dry mustard together.
Pour over bread and meat and let set overnight.
Mix together soup and milk.
Pour over mixture in pan.
Bake 1 1/2 hours in 300\u00b0 oven.
