Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
Preparation

Combine rhubarb pieces, 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons flour. Place in 8 x 8-inch baking pan and dot with butter.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over rhubarb (mixture will be crumbly).
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve plain or with topping.
