Barbecue Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. cooked chuck or brisket, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. water
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except meat together.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Pour over beef and serve on hamburger buns, etc.
    Tastes even better on second day.
