Hot Beef Or Venison Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. roast
    1/2 can warm beer
    1 (8 oz.) bottle ketchup
Preparation
    Roast ingredients at 300\u00b0 for five hours; may also cook overnight in a crock-pot.
    Tear or cut roast apart.
    Add 1/2 bottle of prepared barbecue sauce.
    Heat well and serve on buns.
