Upside-Down Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, grated
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    3/4 c. crushed cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 3 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Press the sugar in bottom of pan and spread the ketchup over the sugar.
    Mix the remaining ingredients and shape into the pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Turn upside down to serve.
