Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    water
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Simmer the raisins in a small amount of water 15 minutes. Drain.
    Add the remaining ingredients except pie shell.
    Pour blended ingredients into shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Lower temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 20 minutes longer until set.
