Butter Pecan Turtle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. flour
    2/3 c. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. pecans (whole or chopped)
    1 c. milk chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients and pat in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Cover with 1 cup pecans.
    Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute the butter and brown sugar.
    Pour over pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 to 22 minutes.
    Spread milk chocolate chips and let melt.
    Spread to frost.
