Apple Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large mixing bowl full of thinly sliced apples, sprinkled with sugar
    pie crust to cover 9 x 13-inch baking dish and fold over
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Lay pie crust over 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Fill with apples. Fold crust over apples, making a roll.
    Boil together brown sugar, water, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter.
    Pour over roll and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown and crispy, about 1 hour.
    Baste some while baking.
