Hot Chocolate Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 qt. dry milk (10 c.)
6 oz. coffee cream (1 3/4 c.)
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. Nestle Quik (3 1/4 c.)
1 box powdered sugar (3 1/2 c.)
1/4 c. cocoa

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Stir 1/4 cup mix into one cup
of hot water.
