Lo-Cal Buttermilk Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    3 green onions, minced
Preparation
    In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
    Makes 3/4 cup.
