Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 box frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 or 2 cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1 (12 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in 1 cup boiling salted water.
    While that is cooking, saute onions in oleo.
    Add soup and simmer about 3 minutes.
    Add Cheez Whiz; mix well.
    Add broccoli and rice.
    Bake in a buttered casserole 30 to 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
