No Cook Karo Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Karo syrup (white)
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
    Add sugar (1 tablespoon at a time), beating until smooth and glossy.
    Continue beating and add Karo syrup, a little at a time, beating after each addition until frosting peaks.
    Fold in vanilla.
    Frosts 2 pies or 2 (9-inch) layer cakes.
