Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
2 c. pumpkin
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large mixer bowl and mix well. Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for another 35 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
